This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices for websites (such as elika.app, elikahamile.com, elikabebek.com) provided by ELİKA TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (hereinafter ELİKA), mobile applications we publish on all mobile platforms, and any website or service operated by ELİKA that displays a direct link.

This Privacy Policy is directed at citizens of the Republic of Turkey (each a "Site" and "Sites" together with "Mobile Applications"). Please read this entire Privacy Policy before using or sending information to the Sites.

ELİKA undertakes to comply with all local laws regarding the protection of personal data in the regions where it operates. Its activities in Turkey are carried out in accordance with the provisions specified in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The Sites are not designed for children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from visitors in this age group through the Sites. However, we collect information about children and babies from their parents or legal guardians.

• Google: You can open an Elika account using your Google account
• Facebook: You can open an Elika account using your Facebook account
• Yandex: Elika uses Yandex as its communication infrastructure

We take reasonable steps to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free.
